BRIEF ITINERARY

DETAIL ITINERARY

Day 1: Hanoi arrival – Sapa (L or D)

The tour guide and bus driver will see you at Hanoi airport then private transfer on the new highway from the airport to Sapa. After 5 hour driving uphills with splendid scenery, you check in your hotel in Sapa. Lunch or dinner is arranged upon your flight arrival time. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 2: Lao Cai – Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Seo Trung Ho (B,L,D)

Around 06.00am, we’ll arrive at Lao Cai Station, a borderland city that looks over China and that is closest to Sapa Hill Resort. Transfered to Sapa by shared bus. The road is 40km long and very sight-worthy with terraced paddy fields, small waterfalls and pinewoods. Breakfast and shower at the hotel, take a jeep ride along MuongHoa valley to visit the Rattan Bridge, start the trek at Tavan village where the Dzay monority located then get to the village of the Red Dzao people (GiangTa Chai village). Do a trek round 6 – 7 hours through the forests up and down in Fanxipan range then reach Seo Trung Ho village of the Red Dzao. This is an almost untouched village and there are very few tourists getting here. In here, there is a chance to enjoy a most beautiful waterfall in Sapa, which comes from a height of about 70 m. Stay overnight in this village with a Dzao family.

Approx: 6 hours trekking / 1 hour lunch

Day 3: Seo Trung Ho – Thanh Phu (B,L,D)

We continue along small paths in the rice fields, cross the Muong Hoa River and arrive to the Tay village of Thanh Phu. Tay is the most populous of the hill tribes. Because of the development and adaptation to the Vietnamese society some of them have started wearing Vietnamese clothing. But most women still wear the traditional checkered headscarf. We stay overnight in a wooden Tay stilt house.

Approx: 5 hours trekking / 1 hour lunch

Day 4: Thanh Phu – Thanh Kim – Topas Ecolodge (B,L,D)

After breakfast at the home stay we leave Thanh Phu Village and trek up to Thanh Kim village where you will enjoy panorama of Muong Bo valley. Upon arrival in Topas Eco Lodge we check in hotel and relax in the eco lodge. Lunch and dinner in the eco lodge. Overnight in Topas Eco lodge.

Approx: 3 hours trekking / 1 hour lunch

Day 5: Topas bus to Sapa – Private transfer to Hanoi (B,L)

Breakfast in Topas Eco Lodge.  Relax in the eco lodge and take the bus at 09.30 am to Sapa Town. Leave luggage at our office in Sapa or at a local restaurant, we then free to explore the town relax in local cafe or shop around in Sapa market. In the afternoon, you’re transferred back to Hanoi. Check in your hotel in Hanoi at around 18:00.

Day 6: Hanoi – Departure (B)

Private airport transfer is provided. Say goodbye to our tour guide at Hanoi international airport. End of services.
