Day 1: Hanoi arrival (no meals)

Welcome to Hanoi, the 1,000-year-old-capital of Vietnam!

Upon arrival at the Airport, you will meet our guide and be transfered to hotel for check-in. Welcome dinner at a nearby restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Fullday city tour in Hanoi (B,L)

In the morning, visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his former residence, One pillar Pagoda, Ba Dinh historic square where former President Ho Chi Minh declared the Independence of Vietnam on 2-Sep-1945. You visit Thang Long Royal Citadel nearby, a UNESCO World heritage, which was the former Kings’ palaces from 1010 to 1902. You will visit the large excavation site where many antiques are awakening from underground and you will know more about the Vietnam history through this visit.

In the afternoon, you continue city tour to National Museum of Vietnam History, seeing bronze drums, Buddhist art, Cham sculpture, each of them symbols for a certain period of the country history. Take an 1-hour walking with our tour guide in 28 ancient streets of Hanoi Old quarter with stops to visit Dong Xuan market, Hang Duong “Candy” street, Hang Ngang “Clothes” street, Old house 87 Ma May street, Hang Bac “Jewellry” street, St.Joseph Cathedral, Hoan Kiem lake and Ngoc Son temple. Enjoy water puppet show, a living portrait of Vietnam history and culture.

Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on cruise (B,L,D) Group tour

Morning shuttle bus transfer with our driver from your Hanoi hotel to Halong Bay. After 3.5 hour driving, you arrive at Tuan Chau Marina harbour and board Halong Cruise.

Your heavenly journey across Halong Bay starts around noon on Tuan Chau Island at the doorstep of Vietnam’s most fascinating wonder.

As the vessel sets sails, you will be greeted by Crew and Cruise Manager who will aim throughout your stay at providing you with the highest standards of service for a pure pleasure and utmost comfort onboard our luxury facilities in the stunning surroundings.

Discover some of the treasures disseminated across the Bay of the Descending Dragon during the afternoon: fascinating caves, pristine beaches, picturesque floating villages, fantastic rock formations rising up out of emerald water.

While onboard, you will attend our chef’s cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking.

Defined to be one of the highlights of your stay, a highly refined, innovative and varied cuisine will be presented for Lunch and Dinner in the elegant dining-room, accompanied by a wide selection of wines and beverages from around the world.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Flight to Siem Reap (B,L)

Early birds can attend a Tai Chi demonstration on the sundeck at the break of dawn. Start the day enjoying some cruise delights with a colourful buffet breakfast. Continue exploring Halong Bay sailing across its 2000 islets and visiting some of its major highlights. Your cruise will come to an end on Tuan Chau Island between 10.30am and 11.00am. Lunch is served on board before saying goodbye to the crew.

11.30 You’re transferred from Tuan Chau harbour to Hanoi airport (with 1 stop to change from shuttle bus to our private car & private tour guide in Bac Ninh province). Arrive at Hanoi airport at around 17.00.

Take the internal flight from Hanoi to Siem Reap.

After 1hour40min. flight, you arrive at Siem Reap international airport, meeting our Cambodia tour guide and private transfer to your hotel to check in. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 5: Angkor temples (B,L)

Early morning, view sunrise at Ta Prohm “the Royal Monastery” then transfer back to hotel for breakfast. The same morning, visit Angkor Wat, South gate of Angkor Thom with Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace, Terrace of Leper King, Ta Promh and Srah Srang.

After lunch, visit Chau Say Tevoda, Takeo. Have an sunset overview of the Magical temple City of Angkor Wat from Phnom Bakheng. Transfer back to inner city to explore the night life. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 6: Banteay Srei – Tonle Sap lake (B,L)

Spend the entire morning in one of the remote jewels of Angkor, the Banteay Srei temple which means “Citadel of Women”, made of pink sandstone and presenting the most graceful carvings in stone we might ever see in our life. Banteay Samre is a bit off the Grand Circuit, near the southeast corner of the East Baray. There is a nice 3km road excursion through villages and paddies. Combine a visit to Banteay Srei with a stop at Banteay Samre on the way back Siem Reap for lunch. Afternoon boating in Tonle Sap lake, the 11th World’s largest lake and some fishing villages inside. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 7: Siem Reap – Departure (B)

You are free to depart at any time today. Private airport transfer is included. End of services.
