Day 1: Saigon Arrival (D)

Upon arrival at the Tan Son Nhat airport, you will meet our guide and transfer to hotel for check-in. Enjoy welcome dinner at a specially selected restaurant. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 2: Saigon – Cu Chi tunnels – City tour (B,L)
Morning, drive to visit Cu Chi Tunnels. Cu Chi was an important base during the American War because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built a 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelters and weapon factories. Dug out of hard late-rite by hand tools without the use of cement, this amazing network was never discovered.
Afternoon, city tour to visit War Remnants Museum, which features a comprehensive collection of the machinery; weapons; photos; and documentation of Vietnam’s wars with both the French and Americans. The tour continues to Notre Dame Cathedral and the City Central Post Office, typical for the city architecture during the early 1900s. Afterwards, stop at Ben Thanh market for shopping. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 3: Saigon – My Tho – Vinh Long (Mekong delta) (B,L) Small group tour
6 : 30 AM :
Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. Depart for Cai Be by car/van via Trung Luong Express Highway, stopping to take photos in Tan An town overlooking the picturesque flat rice fields.
9 : 30 AM :
On arrival in Cai Be, set off by motor boat to visit the Cai Be floating market and watch the locals trading fruit and many other commodities on board their vessels. Visit a small family business to see how coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn are made. Then wander into the small villages to visit the orchard and fruit plantation, accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music.
11: 30 AM :
Keep cruising through a series of small canals to experience the charms of the Upper Mekong Delta. Arrive in Tan Phong island, the green pearl of Vinh Long town where you can immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy your cooking experience and learn how to prepare special Vietnamese dishes. Food cooked by yourself and fresh river food served in the heart of the garden. Relax on the hammocks to get back your energy.
14 : 00 PM :
Cycle around the village path with fruit orchards and bonsai garden. Meet the local islanders to learn more about the local daily life in the Mekong delta.
15 : 00 PM :
Take a boat ride back to Cai Be, meet your bus for the trip back to Saigon city.
Day 4: Saigon – Flight to Siem Reap (B,D)
Morning, free at leisure until transfer to airport for flight to Siem Reap
Upon arrival, meet our guide and transfer to hotel for check in.
Upon arrival at airport, meet with our guide and transfer you to hotel for check in. Join the group meeting organized by our tour guide in the hotel. We will have a brief City Tour of Siem Reap riverside, and visit the local main shrine of Yeay Teap, watch the fruit bat. Special welcome buffet dinner with Apsara dancing show is arranged at local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 5: Ta Prohm – Angkor temples – Phnom Bakheng (B,L)
Early morning, view sunrise at Ta Prohm “the Royal Monastery” then transfer back to hotel for breakfast. The same morning, visit Angkor Wat, South gate of Angkor Thom with Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace, Terrace of Leper King, Ta Promh and Srah Srang.
After lunch, visit Chau Say Tevoda, Takeo. Have an sunset overview of the Magical temple City of Angkor Wat from Phnom Bakheng. Transfer back to inner city to explore the night life. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 6: Banteay Srei – Tonle Sap lake (B,L)
Spend the entire morning in one of the remote jewels of Angkor, the Banteay Srei temple which means “Citadel of Women”, made of pink sandstone and presenting the most graceful carvings in stone we might ever see in our life. Banteay Samre is a bit off the Grand Circuit, near the southeast corner of the East Baray. There is a nice 3km road excursion through villages and paddies. Combine a visit to Banteay Srey with a stop at Banteay Samre on the way back Siem Reap for lunch. Afternoon boating in Tonle Sap lake, the 11th World’s largest lake and some fishing villages inside. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 7: Siem Reap – Departure (B)
Private transfer to airport for your departure flight. End of our services.
